A claimant’s medical care may be particularly important if the claimant is involved in so much medical care that the time spent going to physicians and hospitals or in therapy is a serious impediment to working in and of itself. Some claimants may have to engage in home health care, which is a serious impediment on the claimant’s ability to work. It is important to disclose all information about regular or sporadic medical care that may prevent you from being able to work regularly.
