Biography
With over twenty years of experience, Andrew has continuously developed resilient strategies to help individuals navigate the complexities of the workers compensation field. Some people injured on the job do not understand the complicated arena of the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. Andrew continuously assists injured workers in navigating the system to receive compensation like wage loss (WL), temporary total (TT), permanent partial awards (PPI), vocational rehabilitation to return to work and permanent total disability (PTD). These and other benefits are available through either the BWC or a self-insured employer.
Workers’ Compensation in Ohio can be extremely complicated. The Managed Care Organizations (MCO), Third Party Administrators (TPA), Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) and most Vocational Rehabilitation Company’s all represent the interests of the employer. The largest MCO’s in Ohio are: Careworks, Sheakley, Compmanagement Health Systems and Sedgwick.
Andrew can help determine if a disabled employee with a workplace injury requires assistance for a disabling injury.
