Biography
Samantha attended the University of Arizona where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Minor in Psychology. Samantha graduated from Capital Law School in May 2016 with a focus in Alternative Dispute Resolution and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in September 2016.
Samantha has several years of experience helping working families; her passion began at a young age when she worked during the summers in her family’s law firm, which represented primarily Ohio injured workers. After graduating college, Samantha worked for a benefits brokerage firm where she helped families and employers navigate complicated insurance issues. During law school she interned at the Ohio Industrial Commission, and following law school her father, David L. Knisley, and her established Knisley Brush Law.
Samantha represents clients in administrative hearings before the Ohio Industrial Commission and assists in workers’ compensation appeals in common pleas courts, as well as the Tenth District Court of Appeals.
Samantha resides in Columbus with her husband and three young boys; and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boys, traveling and cooking.
